Here are just a few of the shots I took at the 2013 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne.
I didn’t take too many shots this year at the GP than I usually come home with, but I’ve been slowly working on all of the hot areas of Albert Park to come up with some nice pics.
Once again, I’m being über nice and giving these files to you in quite a large file size so you can have a nice background for your computer!
Shout out loud which photo you think looks the best!
My LRGP Clio Design won the ‘Best Renault in Show’ award at the 2013 Renault Docklands Roundup event in Melbourne held on January the 17th.
It is the first time that a modified car (not from factory decent) has won the event. Although not an authentic Renault endorsed product, it is the closest and best that you will ever get. This award further implies the positive reception received from the public and most importantly the Renault Enthusiasts! I’m really pleased with how this design has stood up to the test of time, the project being completed January 2012 on a 2010 model vehicle, it still wows onlookers.

I entered the Mark Webber Helmet Competition last year with a few designs, I made the top 8 as seen here: Click me!
Here are three of the designs I entered.
Tell me which one is your favourite in the comments!
After the success of my LRGP Clio, I thought that it would be great to dress a few Megane 265’s or Twingo’s up as the Renault powered F1 teams at the 2013 F1 GP! I proposed the idea to the head of Renault Australia Marketing but he didn’t seem keen on the idea whats so ever. Worst thing that could happen is if they went through with the idea and didn’t ask for my help or permission..
Let me know which Livery is your favourite in the comments!
UPDATE – As I was wandering through Federation Square on my birthday (2.3.13) I spotted a Promotional Display with the Renault Megane dressed up in the Lotus black and gold livery, which they have also posted on the Renault Australia Facebook page.
I had to contact them shortly after to learn that “We had to use artwork that was developed by the team and approved by Renault Sport”.
Let me hear your thoughts
